The 2003 Golden Acorn Awards ceremony quickly came to be known as "The Year of the Fish". Chris Fischer, who plunged upon the Rangerphile scene with his wonderful graphic novel "Of Mice and Mayhem", swam away with the barracuda's share of the awards. For the first time, the same work won both Best Story and Best Artwork, an accomplishment likely never to be equaled. Here's to Chris and all the Rangerphiles that made 2003's ceremony one for the record books!
