I'm thinking of starting this as a new weekly feature. I'm an avid photographer, and have a huge stock of pictures. If I do it, I'll change the pictures each week on a particular day.
![]() There were about 20 thousand people on the baseball field alone to see the President speak, and we all had to wait about 3 hours before he came |
![]() A shot showing the podium and more of the crowd. The volunteers working the rally handed out American flags to everyone there. |
![]() President Bush talked for a little more than half an hour, and was warm and personable while making some emphatic statements too. He arrived and left in a big helicopter, and the crowd really enjoyed that part. |
![]() A bonus picture. Snapped this one from my front yard, when a flock of turkeys decided to visit. We put out corn for the deer--no, we don't hunt--and this time the turkeys ate it. They've been around a couple more times as well. |
